Gippy Grewal, wife appear before Enforcement Directorate

Renowned Singer-Actor Gippy Grewal Monday appeared before the Enforcement Directorate along with his wife Ravneet Kaur at the ED office here in connection with a case regarding alleged 'Hawala transasctions'.

Gippy had earlier too appeared before the ED but it was for the first time that he was accompanied by his wife while appearing before the ED.

The couple came to the Cool Road office of ED at about 10.00 am and left after facing the questions at about 1.15 pm.

Various artistes and their promoters, film and music company owners including Diljit Dosanjh, Miss Pooja, Jazzy B, Dinesh and some others have appeared before the ED.

They are being quizzed about income from films and shows in India and abroad and regarding the mode of transfer of payment from abroad.
