Kejri betrayed all, must quit: Gandhi

Jalandhar, September 27
Reacting to a statement by AAP leader Jarnail Singh, who has demanded resignation from suspended party member Dharamvira Gandhi, the latter today said he was not the “domestic servant” of AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal.

In the city to attend a programme, Gandhi said instead Kejriwal should resign for deviating from the professed principles of the party.

“I have not deviated an inch, but he has shifted his entire track. Kejriwal murdered honest politics and betrayed the aspirations of the people of India as he had promised to bring India in line with the Jai Prakash movement of 1974. On the contrary, he has brought high command culture in the party, killed democracy and political and financial transparency in the party. I am not a fugitive and will not run away from the responsibility given to me by those who elected me,” he alleged
‘Sidhu indecisive’

Gandhi said: “The Awaaz-e-Punjab leaders seem to be indecisive as of now. Navjot Singh Sidhu jumped in the political fray and withdrew at the same time.”
