A 15-year-old boy, who had gone missing under mysterious circumstances on Thursday from Gidderbaha town, was found dead in a canal at the Lohgarh headworks on Saturday.
Divyanshu, son of Prem Kumar of Aggarwal Colony, Gidderbaha, was a student of Class X. He had left his house on his bicycle but did not return. Later, his bicycle was found parked along a canal near Gidderbaha. The police have started inquest proceedings under Section 174 of the CrPC. —TNS
