Old rivalry left one critically injured in Dera Bassi on Wednesday.
The injured was identified as Dalbir Singh. The victim was alone when his old rivals came in two cars and shot at him thrice.
He was referred to Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh as his situation was critical.
Earlier on August 13 night, Dalbir had a narrow escape while his two friends got injured after their rival groups had fired on them.
